Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9changes avec le standard dans un Espagnol de fortune, une dame parlant correctement le fran\u00e7ais a pris le combin\u00e9.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Suite \u00e0 notre requ\u00eate en vue d\u2019en savoir davantage sur les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations de Guillaume Soro, la dame pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme charg\u00e9 de la communication de l\u2019h\u00f4tel dans un appel pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent , a r\u00e9pondu : \u00ab Monsieur, nous sommes un \u00e9tablissement priv\u00e9. Nos clients sont des personnes priv\u00e9es, et nous ne pouvons pas vous dire qui a s\u00e9journ\u00e9 ou pas, ici \u00bb. <\/p>\n

Nous insistons pour dire que l\u2019entourage de Monsieur Soro a publi\u00e9 une copie de facture attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel le Palace \u00e0 Barcelone , pour attester de son s\u00e9jour, mais la dame persiste et signe : \u00ab Nous n\u2019avons pas de d\u00e9claration \u00e0 faire sur cela. Par contre, si vous voulez s\u00e9journer ici, et si vous voulez des autres informations sur nos offres, nous sommes dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 vous les donner \u00bb. <\/p>\n

Nous r\u00e9agissons pour dire que l\u2019image et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de son h\u00f4tel sont en jeu, pourtant la dame avec fermet\u00e9 et politesse assure qu\u2019elle sera oblig\u00e9e de mettre fin \u00e0 la conversation, parce qu\u2019elle n\u2019a plus rien \u00e0 ajouter sur le sujet. Aussit\u00f4t dit, aussit\u00f4t fait : fin de la conversation. <\/p>\n

Au m\u00eame moment, \u00e0 Abidjan, un reporter parti rencontrer l\u2019ambassadeur d\u2019Espagne \u00e0 Abidjan, a rapport\u00e9 ceci \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction : \u00ab Je sors \u00e0 l’instant de l’Ambassade de l’Espagne. La Secr\u00e9taire de l’Ambassadeur, apr\u00e8s m’avoir \u00e9cout\u00e9 attentivement, a laiss\u00e9 entendre que l’Ambassadeur et le Consul sont en r\u00e9union \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur. Je reviendrai, ou bien je vais guetter les entr\u00e9es et sorties en restant sur place, puisqu\u2019au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, je ne peux pas obtenir d\u2019informations \u00bb. <\/p>\n

Tour\u00e9 Moussa, proche conseiller et collaborateur de Guillaume Soro, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de qui il se trouve en Espagne, a publi\u00e9 une copie de la facture d\u2019h\u00f4tel de Guillaume Soro pour confirmer le s\u00e9jour de son patron dans l\u2019h\u00f4tel. Il a ajout\u00e9 ce commentaire : \u00ab Suite au scandale de la tentative d\u2019arrestation avort\u00e9e de Soro Guillaume en Espagne, le RHDP pour couvrir sa honte fait \u00e9crire qu\u2019il y a des doutes sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de cette affaire. Voici la facture du s\u00e9jour de Soro \u00e0 Barcelone \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel El Palace \u00bb. <\/p>\n

Quelques jours plut\u00f4t , en situant les faits \u00e0 Madrid au lieu de Barcelone, Tour\u00e9 Moussa avait contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 alimenter les doutes, tout comme le fait que Guillaume Soro ait affirm\u00e9 que les faits se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s 48 heures avant le moment de leur r\u00e9v\u00e9lation, alors que le reste de son r\u00e9cit, ainsi que la copie de la facture publi\u00e9e, montre que l\u2019incident s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 96 heures plut\u00f4t, soit quatre jours avant, et non deux jours avant. <\/p>\n

Au niveau des autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 Abidjan, la tendance actuelle consiste \u00e0 laisser entendre qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une fausse information, et de faits imaginaires comme l\u2019a laiss\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendre Tour\u00e9 Moussa. Aucune r\u00e9action officielle n\u2019est encore \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour au moment o\u00f9 nous bouclons cet article, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019annonce d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse du ministre en charge de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et tutelle de la police et d\u2019interpol. Cette conf\u00e9rence de presse devant porter sur les cons\u00e9quences de la pluie, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019ailleurs report\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nouvel ordre. <\/p>\n

Nos tentatives de joindre Interpol Lyon, et plusieurs autres interlocuteurs se poursuivent, en vue de parvenir \u00e0 \u00e9tablir le mode op\u00e9ratoire de la tentative d\u2019arrestation; et d\u2019\u00e9tablir les commanditaires, ainsi que les circonstances ayant pu favoriser l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la chambre d\u2019un client d\u2019un h\u00f4tel de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence nuitamment, aux environs de trois heures du matin, par des policiers repartis apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 rabrou\u00e9s , selon lui, par Guillaume Soro, qui leur aurait demand\u00e9 s\u2019ils pouvaient traiter de cette mani\u00e8re, Emilio Zapatero, du nom d\u2019un ex Premier ministre du gouvernement espagnol. <\/p>\n

Cette situation est qualifi\u00e9e par de nombreux des observateurs, comme pr\u00e9occupante et grave pour l\u2019image de la police espagnole et de l\u2019h\u00f4tel o\u00f9 a s\u00e9journ\u00e9 Guillaume Soro, ind\u00e9pendamment des allusions \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019Abidjan, faites par Guillaume Soro qui a pris soin d\u2019ajouter qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas toutes les preuves pour \u00e9tayer ses soup\u00e7ons.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est le Samedi 12 octobre 2019 au cours d\u2019une rencontre avec ses partisans \u00e0 Valence, que Guillaume Soro a affirm\u00e9 avoir \u00e9chapp\u00e9 en Espagne \u00e0 une arrestation-humiliation dans la nuit du lundi 7 octobre 2019 au mardi 8 octobre 2019 aux environs de 3 heures du matin, de la part de policiers disant \u00eatre venus au nom de Interpol. <\/p>\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 avoir appel\u00e9 un contact \u00e0 Interpol Lyon qui a dit que la police des polices n\u2019\u00e9tait pas concern\u00e9e. L\u2019ex Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 avoir \u00e9crit \u00e0 l\u2019ambassadeur d\u2019Espagne en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire pour protester. Celui-ci aurait en retour affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait a sa connaissance aucune proc\u00e9dure le concernant, pouvant justifier cette tentative d\u2019arrestation \u00e0 une heure pareille.<\/p>\n

Sur sa lanc\u00e9e, l\u2019ex chef du parlement ivoirien, et actuel Pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 politique, qui regroupe ses partisans, a laiss\u00e9 entendre qu\u2019il pourrait s\u2019agir d\u2019une collusion entre Interpol C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et Interpol Espagne. Terminant, il a promis que l\u2019affaire ne resterait pas sans suite, car il devait porter plainte. <\/p>\n

L’Intelligent d’Abidjan joined on Monday, October 14, 2019, at around 13:15 minutes, the hotel le Palace in Barcelona. After exchanges with the switchboard in a makeshift Spanish, a lady who spoke French correctly took the handset.<\/p>\n

Following our request to know more about Guillaume Soro’s revelations, the lady presented as the hotel’s communication manager in a previous call, replied: “Sir, we are a private establishment. Our clients are private individuals, and we cannot tell you who has or has not stayed here.<\/p>\n

We insist that Mr. Soro’s entourage published a copy of an invoice attributed to the hotel le Palace in Barcelona, to attest to his stay, but the lady persists and signs: “We have no statement to make on this. However, if you want to stay here, and if you want more information about our offers, we are willing to give it to you.<\/p>\n

We react to say that the image and safety of her hotel are at stake, yet the lady with firmness and politeness ensures that she will be forced to end the conversation, because she has nothing more to add on the subject. Immediately said, immediately done: end of the conversation.<\/p>\n

At the same time, in Abidjan, a reporter who went to meet the Spanish ambassador in Abidjan reported to the editorial staff: “I am just leaving the Spanish Embassy. The Ambassador’s Secretary, after listening carefully to me, suggested that the Ambassador and the Consul are in an external meeting. I will come back, or I will watch for entries and exits while staying on the spot, since I can’t get information over the phone.<\/p>\n

Tour\u00e9 Moussa, a close advisor and collaborator of Guillaume Soro, with whom he is in Spain, published a copy of Guillaume Soro’s hotel bill to confirm his boss’ stay in the hotel. He added this comment: “Following the scandal of Soro Guillaume’s abortive attempted arrest in Spain, the RHDP to cover his shame has written that there are doubts about the reality of this case. This is the invoice for Soro’s stay in Barcelona at the El Palace Hotel.<\/p>\n

A few days earlier, by locating the facts in Madrid instead of Barcelona, Tour\u00e9 Moussa had contributed to fuelling doubts, as had the fact that Guillaume Soro claimed that the facts took place 48 hours before the time of their revelation, while the rest of his account, as well as the copy of the published invoice, shows that the incident took place 96 hours earlier, four days earlier, and not two days earlier.<\/p>\n

At the level of the authorities in Abidjan, the current trend is to suggest that this is false information, and imaginary facts as Toure Moussa has already suggested. No official reaction is yet on the agenda at the time of writing, despite the announcement of a press conference by the Minister for Security and Police and Interpol. This press conference, which will focus on the consequences of the rain, has been postponed until further notice.<\/p>\n

Our attempts to contact Interpol Lyon, and several other interlocutors, are continuing with a view to establishing the modus operandi of the attempted arrest; and to establish the sponsors, as well as the circumstances that may have favoured access to the room of a guest of a reference hotel at night, around three in the morning, by police officers who left after being rebuked, according to him, by Guillaume Soro, who asked them if they could treat Emilio Zapatero, the name of a former Prime Minister of the Spanish Government in this way.<\/p>\n

This situation is described by many observers as worrying and serious for the image of the Spanish police and the hotel where Guillaume Soro stayed, regardless of the references to Abidjan’s responsibility made by Guillaume Soro, who was careful to add that he did not have all the evidence to support his suspicions.<\/p>\n

It was on Saturday, October 12, 2019, during a meeting with his supporters in Valencia, that Guillaume Soro claimed to have escaped arrest and humiliation in Spain on the night of Monday, October 7, 2019 to Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at around 3 a.m., from police officers claiming to have come on behalf of Interpol.<\/p>\n

He added that he had called a contact at Interpol Lyon who said that the police were not involved. The former President of the National Assembly said he had written to the Spanish ambassador to C\u00f4te d’Ivoire to protest. In return, he allegedly stated that there were no proceedings known to him concerning him that could justify this attempted arrest at this time.<\/p>\n
